JAMES SORENSEN JOINS BURKE, INC. AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT IN CLIENT SERVICES
Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce that James Sorensen has joined the firm as Senior Vice President in Client Services, with a specialization in retail and shopper insights.
Throughout his career, Mr. Sorensen has worked to stretch the bounds of retail and shopper research beyond consumer goods and into technology and telecommunications to help companies grow and win with innovative omni-channel solutions. As retail continues to experience sizable changes due to shifts in shopper attitudes and behaviors, Mr. Sorensen’s expertise and leadership will help expand the range of Burke’s shopper insights solutions.

Before joining Burke, Mr. Sorensen led the Shopper Insights business in Kantar’s Retail Consulting practice, servicing a large and diverse group of client companies. Prior to that, he and his father owned Sorensen Associates, a successful company that pioneered various highly sought methodologies in the shopper research space.
Mr. Sorensen graduated from University of Oregon’s Charles H. Lundquist College of Business with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and International Business.
