BURKE, INC. NAMES JOELLE GWINNER AS SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT, ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS

Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce that Joelle Gwinner has been appointed to the newly-created role of SVP, Enterprise Solutions.

In this position, Ms. Gwinner will focus her efforts on elevating service excellence on Burke’s largest programs and tracking initiatives. She will partner with clients and Burke teams to infuse thought leadership and innovation into insights programs, keeping them strong, connected, and aligned with client business growth.

“Joelle is the perfect person to pioneer this new role, given her 20-year experience upholding and elevating quality standards across multiple disciplines at Burke,” said Tara Marotti, Chief Client Officer. “Raising the bar on these strategic programs requires dedicated focus to evaluate, create, implement and monitor strategies for sustainable, value-added service delivery—all of which fall within Joelle’s realm of mastery as a known change agent.”

As SVP, Enterprise Solutions, Ms. Gwinner will identify and establish cross-functional synergies within Burke to ensure that we provide an enterprise-wide perspective for our clients. In addition, she will facilitate cross-sharing of knowledge and expertise to not only elevate programs, but also to amplify research results and their impact throughout client organizations.

Ms. Gwinner most recently served as the Director of Research Innovation, after spending time in Decision Sciences, Account Management and Data Management. Throughout her tenure, she has consulted on a wide variety of work with some of Burke’s top clients, and has continually enhanced Burke’s capabilities in storytelling, facilitation, data synthesis and integration workshops and agile research. She has been with the firm since 1999.
