BURKE, INC. PROUDLY ATTAINS ISO 20252:2019 CERTIFICATION AS IT CELEBRATES TEN YEARS AS A 20252 ISO CERTIFIED COMPANY

Burke, Inc. is pleased to announce it has successfully attained ISO 20252:2019 certification, which extends Burke’s existing ISO 20252 certification. Awarded by the Certification Institute for Research Quality (CIRQ), ISO 20252:2019 establishes comprehensive standards for quality in research, ensuring consistency, reliability, and transparency in all operations.

Along with Burke’s ISO 27001 certification—which helps control and protect information assets—ISO 20252:2019 demonstrates Burke’s commitment to continuous improvement and leadership in quality. By meeting the new standards for ISO 20252, Burke proudly continues a tradition of research excellence that has defined the company for over 90 years.

“Excellence begins with commitment—a commitment to doing research right, a commitment to our clients and their best interests. These are commitments we take very seriously at Burke, given our values as a company,” said Jamie Baker-Prewitt, Chief Research Officer. “We’re confident that achieving ISO 20252:2019 certification will further demonstrate our uncompromising dedication to quality in everything we do.”

For 2019, the 20252 standard was restructured, expanded, and strengthened relative to previous versions of the standard. These expansions extend and enhance the rigor associated with new insight sources, such as additional quality standards for sampling —including requirements for online panel partners—and expanded research standards for passive data-collection methods, such as social media monitoring and online behavior tracking.  Rigorous internal processes ensure that all ISO standards are consistently met with the integrity, professionalism, and dedication to service that clients have come expect.
