Through analysis of tracker data, we saw symptoms that helped shape a recommended path forward around re-connecting with consumers. Then, analysis of secondary data and additional primary research data allowed us to connect insight in ways that contextualized opportunities with multiple “proof points.” This holistic perspective created a stronger, more compelling case for change.
We delivered information in multiple ways—including traditional PowerPoint as well as online tools—to resonate with the diverse needs of client stakeholders.
Burke’s analysis and delivery process provided perspective that reignited organizational interest in the brand tracker program. Further, the engagement changed the organization conversation from “what” the data says, to “so what” should the organization do about it.
