BURKE INC. NAMES NEW VICE PRESIDENT OF CLIENT SERVICES


BOSTON - Burke Inc., an international leader in strategic decision support services, has named Jodie McInerney to the position of vice president of client services. Jodie has been with Burke for six years, serving as the team leader for consulting partnerships with several of Burke's clients.

As vice president of client services, Jodie will partner with Sandip Narang to form a dynamic sales team focusing on consumer packaged goods, hospitality and restaurants, financial, electronics, utilities, and several other industries. The strengths of this team lie in research areas relating to brand equity, pricing, choice modeling, market segmentation, and other tracking type work. Jodie also will focus on new business development opportunities in b-2-b and b-2-c settings.

"Jodie's success in generating new business from an impressive list of Fortune 500 companies demonstrates her ability to embrace our corporate strategy by selling and supporting a wide range of Burke's products and services," said Joseph Ottaviani, senior vice president of client services.

Jodie is responsible for the overall design and implementation of research programs. Jodie works directly with clients to identify core research objectives and understand clients' research needs. Jodie ensures that clients' expectations are met by developing actionable research designs that link survey results with organizational improvement initiatives.

Jodie's range of research knowledge includes such protocols as customer satisfaction, segmentation, pricing assessment, concept evaluation, coverage analysis, awareness and usage tracking, brand equity, and positioning.

Jodie graduated from the University of New Hampshire and holds an M.B.A. from the University of South Carolina. Jodie is headquartered in Burke's Boston office.
